Racism is where someone treats another person differently because their skin colour is not the same as theirs, they speak a different language or have different religious beliefs, for example.
The thing that makes our country great is its diversity and the multicultural society we live in. Prejudice and discrimination towards a person's Race, Culture or Religion is not acceptable in society and is not acceptable at MPS School.
As a community we must work together to make sure that this is not tolerated by anyone at the school and is always questioned by the student if they overhear anything or are on the receiving end of abusive comments.
Without communication things cannot change and making a report through the Sharp system will help to support those who need supporting and educate those who need educating.
